Vista TV recently snagged an interview with one restaurant owner that seems to be all over the Denver Metro area. Frank Schultz is the man behind the family-owned Tavern Hospitality Group (THG). That would be, the Tavern Uptown, Tavern Downtown, Tavern Lowry, Tavern Tech Center, Tavern Wash Park, Cowboy Lounge and The Soiled Dove Underground.
Originally from Philadelphia, Frank took his knack for building relationships and meeting new people to new heights with his concept for “an upscale neighborhood bar with great food”. It began as a combined effort with his mother and stepfather, Terry and Al Papay, when they first started The Soiled Dove downtown in 1997, and now have several Tavern restaurants around the Denver Metro area.
Frank is constantly looking for new and exciting ways to improve THG, and he hopes to continue expanding the Taverns to new areas around Denver.
Watch and enjoy this interview as Erica Golding talks to Frank about living in Philadelphia, moving to Denver his influences, and his plans to expand his unique concept around Denver.
