Honey Glazed Salmon, Lemon Pepper Green Beans, Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Honey Glazed Salmon

• 2tbl fresh dill
• 2tbl dijon mustard
• 1 tble honey
• 6 Salmon Filets (4 oz each)
• Olive oil/Veg oil spray optional

In a bowl whisk together dill, dijon, and honey
Rinse Salmon and apt dry with paper towels, brush mustard mixture over the fresh side of salmon
Put fish skin side down on grill and cook for approximately 6 minutes it will still cook when you remove from grill....

Lemon Pepper green Beans

• 1 lemon juiced
• 1 tbl lemon peel
• Pepper to taste
• pinch of cardamom
• salt
• 3 tbl melted butter
• 4 cups fresh beans steamed

Heat all of ingredients except for green bens
Toss with green beans
Plate garnish with lemon peels

Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tbl baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 small jar of poppy seeds
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
• 2 cups sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups of milk mixed with fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons fresh grated lemon peel

heat oven to 350 degrees
Bake for 35 minutes

Wine: Muscadet 2009 France Serve et Maine

Flavored Rum & Coke

• 2 oz Montanya Rum (Silverton Colorado)
• Splash of Marie brizard liqueur (blackberry)
• 1 oz Cola

Pour Rum, Cola & splash of liqueur over ice
Stir and enjoy!
